No hot water in my room for the entire stay.

contacted management 2 times about the water issue.
I was told that it was only on my side of the building and that it had been like that for four years.

The breakfast and cocktail hour left nothing to be desired.

The temperature in the pool was too cold and the hot tube was not working on one of the days .

I did not like the fact that we had to pay for parking. The staff was accommodating and accessible. It would have been nice if the staff would have recommended things to do.

This hotel is conveniently located across from a mall and near many restaurants. Parking is a bit expensdive and the cost is never mentioned. You'll notice ther price on your parking ticket. Internet was $10 a night, so I opted out. My suite was a corner one and wa squite huge. I liked the comfort and the size of the rooms, also the location in downtown made it easy to shop. The free Breakfast was a plus for us.

The fact that there was an entrance on the back side of the hotel which was unsecured during the day, allowing non-guests to enter. (possible danger)

I would likely stay at this hotel again, and I would recommend it to my friends and family. Every Embassy Suites hotel I have ever stayed in was never a let down, KEEP IT UP!
